It’s not a quick fix for anyone, but it doesn’t have to be torture either…or tasteless! I’m a southern woman who loves to cook and I’m finding that I don’t have to starve myself or eat rice cakes to lose weight. I also don’t have to spend hours at the gym to be strong; although, I do enjoy some time at the gym, I also like to skate, dance, and hike! Anything to get moving is better than nothing at all.
